Overview
This role involves working as a Paralegal / Senior Paralegal — Legal AI Consultant to enhance the delivery of commercial contract review workflows through AI-assisted legal review. The position supports the evaluation of AI-generated contract review outputs, identifies gaps in contract review logic, and translates practical legal workflow knowledge into actionable product feedback.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate AI-generated comments, redlines, fallback positions, and playbook-based recommendations for accuracy, quality, and practical usefulness.
- Assess whether AI suggestions align with how experienced legal professionals review, escalate, and negotiate commercial contracts.
- Provide structured feedback on clause edits, risk flags, negotiation positions, fallback language, and consistency across contract types.
- Validate commercial contract workflows across MSAs, NDAs, DPAs, order forms, amendments, and renewals.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to improve AI systems designed for commercial contract review.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience working as a paralegal in a law firm.
- Hands-on experience supporting commercial contract review with attorneys.
- Experience working with redlines, contract edits, or legal review workflows.
- Familiarity with commercial agreements such as SaaS agreements, MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, order forms, vendor agreements, or customer agreements.
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to identify problematic clauses, missing context, inconsistent positions, unclear drafting, and issues requiring escalation.
- Clear and structured communication skills to provide actionable feedback.
- Interest in legal technology and how AI can improve contract review quality and legal operations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a senior paralegal, legal operations professional, contract manager, or in-house legal team member.
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools or contract management systems.
- Experience supporting SaaS, technology transactions, procurement, or vendor and customer contract review.
- Prior exposure to legal technology, AI tools, or product feedback processes.
Compensation & Benefits
