Overview

A partner organization is seeking a Paralegal with a passion for customer service and LegalTech, based in Mexico. Responsibilities

• Draft and review legal documents and agreements based on customer requirements, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Prepare legal documentation for review and approval prior to client delivery.
• Respond to customer inquiries related to services, account management, and platform questions with timely and effective support.
• Assist customers with technical setup processes, including configuring connections between source code management platforms and administration.
• Support sales activities by engaging with prospects, answering questions, and providing guidance via email and website communication channels.
• Prepare customer reports based on provided information, ensuring accurate documentation and clear communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and service quality.
• Act as a trusted customer advocate by identifying challenges and helping users achieve successful outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, customer success specialist, or similar client-facing role.
• Strong ability to draft, review, and organize legal documents with attention to detail.
• Interest in LegalTech, SaaS platforms, and technology-enabled legal services.
• Excellent written English communication skills for professional interaction with customers and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Comfortable using modern digital tools such as Google Docs and web-based platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with high accuracy and ownership.
• Experience working with companies across different industries or business sizes is a plus.
