Paralegal with a talent for customer service (LegalTech)

Overview

This role is a Paralegal position within the Customer Success team, combining legal drafting/review with customer communication and support. You’ll help customers achieve desired outcomes using the organization’s product or service, acting as a key bridge between customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Legal Drafting/Review

• Draft legal language to reflect customer requirements for written agreements.
• Prepare required documents for manager review prior to sharing with clients.

Customer Service

• Respond to requests from users and leads, including questions about services and how to manage a customer account.
• Ensure requests are handled quickly and accurately in a full service model.

Tech Setup Support

• Support customers with setting up connections between their source code management platforms.
• Ensure administration is handled correctly on the organization’s side.

Sales Support

• Work with leads during early customer interactions by answering questions and guiding them on services.
• Provide support via email and website chat.

Report Drafting

• Assist with information inspection needs from certain customers.
• Draft reports based on customer-provided information and send completed reports back.

Requirements

• Familiarity with LegalTech concepts.
• Analytical thinking and a proactive attitude.
• Excellent written English communication skills.
• Proficiency in modern web tools such as Google Docs and similar platforms.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable adapting and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to draft legal documents.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer success or a similar role.
• Experience working with diverse companies across different sizes and industries.
