Overview
A rapidly growing insurance defense law firm with a national presence is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney. The firm has nearly doubled in size since mid-2023 and offers a collaborative, efficient, and results-focused environment with strong support for remote work.
Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload independently from inception through resolution
- Handle insurance defense litigation with a focus on trucking and premises liability
- Maintain a minimum billing of 160 hours per month
- Provide excellent written and oral advocacy
Requirements
- Active Oklahoma bar license
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant insurance defense litigation experience
- Strong background in trucking and premises liability preferred
- Proven ability to work independently and bill efficiently
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $160,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience
- 100% remote position for Oklahoma-licensed attorneys
