Partner / Senior Counsel - Civil Litigation Defense - Remote with CA Bar

Overview

This is a fully remote opportunity for California attorneys to join a growing boutique law firm. The firm consists of well-known and respected partners with large books of business, serving clients including Fortune 500 companies and other major corporations. The environment combines the stability of a large law firm with the flexibility and culture of a start-up.

Responsibilities

• Provide defense litigation services primarily in insurance defense.
• Handle cases involving general liability, premises liability, and personal injury defense.
• Deliver high-quality legal representation to a diverse client base.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience.
• Experience in insurance defense is required.
• Preferred experience in general liability, premises liability, and personal injury defense.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $175,000 - $250,000 per year.
• Bonus plan based on reasonable billable requirements.

• Fully remote position for attorneys licensed in California.
