Overview
A law group specializing in personal injury litigation is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (Plaintiff-Side) licensed and residing in California. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to manage meaningful cases, collaborate with a skilled legal support team, and contribute to client success while working from within California.
Responsibilities
- Manage personal injury cases from intake through trial, including strategy development, discovery, depositions, and settlement negotiations
- Represent clients confidently in hearings, trials, mediations, and arbitrations
- Advise clients on legal options and develop tailored case strategies
- Draft persuasive pleadings, motions, and discovery documents
- Collaborate with paralegals and staff on trial preparation, including exhibits and witness coordination
- Evaluate cases by analyzing liability, damages, and risks to guide direction
- Maintain consistent, high-touch communication with clients
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience
- Active California Bar license required
- Dual licensure in California and Texas preferred
- Strong courtroom experience with a proven track record of results
- Exceptional advocacy, negotiation, and legal writing skills
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing a full caseload remotely
- Collaborative team player able to work cross-functionally
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $150,000 – $180,000, slightly negotiable based on experience
