Responsibilities
- Represent clients in personal injury cases including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, medical malpractice, and product liability
- Advocate for clients to obtain favorable settlements or verdicts
- Conduct thorough investigations related to cases
- Draft legal documents and pleadings
- Negotiate with insurance companies and opposing counsel
- Provide compassionate support and legal guidance to clients throughout litigation
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active bar admission in Nevada
- Minimum of 1 year of experience handling personal injury cases
- Strong knowledge of personal injury law and litigation processes
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively
- Compassionate approach to client representation
