Personal Injury & Commercial Litigation Attorney (Permanent)

Overview

An established boutique law firm in South Florida is seeking an experienced personal injury defense and commercial litigator. This role requires a Florida-licensed attorney with at least 5 years of significant litigation experience in Florida state and federal courts. The position is fully remote with occasional in-person hearings, ideally suited for candidates located in or near Miami-Dade, Broward, or Palm Beach counties.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex litigation matters at all stages, including:
  • Document discovery
  • Researching and drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings
  • Conducting depositions
  • Participating in status conferences
  • Arguing motions

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Florida
• Minimum of 5 years of personal injury and commercial litigation experience
• Experience in Florida state and federal courts
• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced law firm environment
• Outstanding professional references

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at an AmLaw 200 firm or a top regional or boutique firm
• Courtroom experience, including depositions and motion practice

Position Details

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $135,000 to $175,000 annually, with competitive bonus potential
