Responsibilities
- Manage litigation cases from filing through trial
- Negotiate settlements and draft legal agreements
- Advocate for clients in court, depositions, and mediations
- Build strong client relationships and provide high-quality legal representation
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in one or more of the following states: South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, or North Carolina
- 2-8 years of litigation experience, with trial experience preferred
- Licensed in multiple states is required
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $150,000 - $300,000 (base plus bonus), based on experience
