Overview
A personal injury law firm with offices nationwide is seeking experienced Litigation Attorneys licensed in multiple states to join their legal team. The firm focuses on representing victims and offers a fully remote work environment with opportunities for growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage litigation cases from initial filing through trial
- Negotiate settlements and draft legal agreements
- Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and mediations
- Develop strong client relationships and provide high-quality legal advocacy
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in two or more of the following states: South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, or North Carolina
- 2 to 8 years of litigation experience; trial experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $100,000 to $200,000 (base plus bonus), commensurate with experience
