Overview
A rapidly growing personal injury law firm is seeking experienced Litigation Attorneys licensed in two or more of the following states: South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, or North Carolina. Responsibilities
- Manage litigation cases from initial filing through trial
- Negotiate settlements and draft legal agreements
- Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, and mediations
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in at least two of the following states: South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, or North Carolina
- 2 to 8 years of litigation experience; trial experience preferred
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $100,000 to $200,000 (base plus bonus), commensurate with experience
