A rapidly growing personal injury law firm headquartered in downtown Atlanta is seeking Litigation Attorneys licensed in Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee, or North Carolina. The firm is known for its innovative legal services, strong digital presence, and commitment to operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage litigation cases from filing through trial
- Negotiate settlements and draft legal agreements
- Advocate for clients in court, depositions, and mediations
- Build strong client relationships and provide high-quality legal representation
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in one or more of the following states: South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee, or North Carolina
- 2 to 8 years of litigation experience; trial experience preferred
- Licensed in multiple states is required
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $150,000 to $300,000 (base plus bonus), based on experience
