Overview
A nationally scaling personal injury law firm is seeking a Case Manager to own client relationships from intake through settlement. This fully remote role involves being a dedicated advocate for clients, managing cases with urgency and precision, and driving outcomes that make a real difference.
Responsibilities
- Own the client relationship from the initial Welcome Call through settlement
- Act as the client’s advocate, connecting them to appropriate care and guiding them through stressful experiences with confidence and compassion
- Manage cases efficiently, moving through each phase with urgency and accuracy
- Prepare demand packages that effectively tell the client’s story and negotiate favorable outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case information using advanced technology
- Take full ownership of cases without hand-offs, ensuring consistent client support
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience supporting Personal Injury pre-litigation matters in North Carolina
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical records and bills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently while collaborating with a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate
- Experience in a high-volume or fast-growing law firm
- Familiarity with Personal Injury claims processes and insurance procedures
- Experience with case management software such as Filevine, Clio, or SmartAdvocate
- Comfort working in evolving systems and processes
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary range: $55,000 to $75,000, commensurate with experience
- Eligibility for performance-based bonus
