Overview
A legal team is seeking a Remote Pre-Litigation Case Manager with a focus on auto accident personal injury cases. This full-time position requires managing a caseload primarily based in Tampa, FL, from intake through resolution. The role demands fluency in both Spanish and English and a minimum of 5 years of experience in pre-litigation personal injury law.
Responsibilities
- Manage a full caseload of pre-litigation auto accident cases from start to finish
- Coordinate vehicle property damage claims and assist clients with all stages of medical treatment
- Ensure timely collection of medical records, bills, and supporting documentation
- Draft detailed, fact-driven settlement demands and prepare settlement statements
- Negotiate reductions with providers and lienholders to maximize client recovery
- Contribute to claim resolution and prepare cases for mediation or trial referral as needed
- Perform all case-related administrative tasks with precision and urgency
- Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and high-quality standards
- Follow established procedures while exercising sound judgment and problem-solving skills
- Stay accountable to goals, timelines, and client expectations with proactive communication
- Collaborate with attorneys, legal leadership, and team members
- Maintain availability during business hours (8:30 AM – 5:30 PM) for client contact and team coordination
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish and English (required)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Pre-Litigation Paralegal or Case Manager handling auto accident injury cases
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently while aligning with team goals and deadlines
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively

Compensation & Benefits
