Overview
This role provides interim support to the legal team of a fast-growing AI infrastructure organization. The position will support both direct and indirect procurement, with a particular focus on hardware, supply chain, data center, and infrastructure-related needs.
The organization is seeking an experienced Procurement Attorney who has strong in-house procurement experience and substantive experience in a hardware, supply chain, or similarly infrastructure-heavy environment. The role requires comfort independently negotiating complex vendor agreements on the buyer side.
Responsibilities
- Provide interim legal support for direct and indirect procurement.
- Focus on contracting and negotiation related to hardware, supply chain, data center, and infrastructure-related needs.
- Independently negotiate complex vendor agreements on the buyer side.
Requirements
- Experienced Procurement Attorney with strong in-house procurement experience.
- Substantive experience in a hardware, supply chain, or similarly infrastructure-heavy environment.
- Ability to independently negotiate complex vendor agreements on the buyer side.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly rate: expected between $120 and $130 (estimate).
- Final compensation will be based on qualifications, skillset, relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
Location
- Fully remote.
- Must be able to accommodate Pacific Time working hours.
Assignment Details
- Target start: ASAP.
- Hours: 20 hours per week.
- Estimated duration: 3–4 months.
