Project Paralegal (Warranty) - Remote

Overview

A legal services organization is seeking a temporary Paralegal to support its litigation business unit and warranty practice. This is an hourly, temporary position with an open-ended duration.

Responsibilities

• Assist exclusively on a team defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty actions
• Support all phases of discovery and trial preparation, including use of eDiscovery software
• Manage high-volume litigation files from intake through settlement

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of litigation support experience
• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate
• Proficiency with eDiscovery software and litigation support tools
• Excellent computer skills and strong attention to detail
• Superior written and oral communication skills
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay range: $30-35 per hour
• Actual compensation depends on qualifications, experience, skills, training, internal equity, and market data
• This position is not eligible for annual discretionary bonuses or firm benefits
