Overview

An established law practice with a strong national real estate platform is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 1–4 years of experience to join its collaborative Chicago team or work remotely. This role offers the opportunity to engage in sophisticated transactional work within a supportive and close-knit environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a variety of commercial real estate transactions with increasing autonomy
• Support financings, developments, leasing matters, acquisitions, and dispositions
• Collaborate directly with partners and clients on high-value, multi-jurisdictional matters
• Contribute to a collegial culture emphasizing mentorship, professionalism, and consistent quality

Requirements

• 1–4 years of commercial real estate experience from a sophisticated practice, with financing or leasing experience highly valued
• J.D. from a highly ranked law school
• Strong analytical skills and ability to learn quickly
• Proactive mindset and comfort working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range of $205,000–$225,000
