Overview
An AmLaw 100 law firm client is seeking an attorney with over 5 years of sophisticated commercial real estate experience to support their knowledge management team in implementing a firm-wide AI platform. This role involves serving as the subject matter expert in real estate, guiding attorneys on effective use of the AI platform, and collaborating on platform optimization.
This is a flexible, multi-month contract engagement with remote work allowed from any location within the United States.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the firm’s subject matter expert in commercial real estate
- Leverage real estate expertise and AI platform training to assist attorneys in using the AI platform effectively
- Become deeply proficient in the AI platform’s capabilities
- Collaborate on optimizing the AI platform
- Act as a trusted internal resource to answer substantive and practical questions related to real estate transaction workflows and AI-enabled solutions
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial real estate experience, preferably at a mid-to-large size law firm
- Licensed attorney in good standing in the state of residence
- Outstanding professional references
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with AI legal platforms such as CoCounsel, Harvey, and/or Protégé

Compensation & Benefits
- Annualized pay ranges from $180,000 to $200,000 or more on a full-time basis, depending on experience, qualifications, location, and other factors
