Responsibilities

• Support partners in all phases of civil litigation for public agencies and private entities.
• Participate in client interviews.
• Prepare witnesses.
• Handle depositions.
• Assist with mediations.
• Support trial preparation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of litigation experience, including participating in client interviews, witness preparation, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Must currently be located in California and admitted to the CA Bar.
