A legal practice is seeking experienced Family Law Attorneys to join their team in a fully remote capacity or hybrid model depending on experience. The role focuses on providing expert advocacy and support to clients throughout the litigation process, primarily serving Texas with a focus on Houston.

Responsibilities

  • Manage family law cases proactively from initiation through resolution.
  • Provide superior client service, including monthly status reports and weekly case reviews.
  • Recommend improvements to practice managers to enhance service quality.
  • Track performance metrics related to accomplishments and client satisfaction using practice quality software.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years practicing family law in Texas; 7+ years preferred.
  • Valid Texas bar license held for at least 2 years.
  • Strong legal research and writing skills.
  • Passion for courtroom advocacy, including hearings, mediations, and consultations.
  • Highly organized, energetic, and motivated.
  • Proficiency with TxDoc and Clio or similar drafting and client management software.
  • Competent in drafting correspondence, pleadings, and discovery documents.
  • Proficient with MS Office or Google Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working remotely or in a hybrid legal environment.
  • Ability to collaborate with a dedicated legal support team including paralegals and billing representatives.

  • Competitive salary range of $70,000 to $130,000 annually, based on experience.
