Responsibilities

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited institution.
• Active state bar license.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial contracts, corporate transactions, or technology agreements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to collaborate across multiple departments and teams.
• Experience developing legal templates and playbooks.
