The organization is seeking a Litigation Defense Attorney to defend major auto manufacturers in high-stakes warranty litigation.

Responsibilities

• Defend auto manufacturers in warranty litigation matters
• Handle motion practice
• Conduct and/or manage depositions
• Prepare for mediation
• Prepare cases for trial/arbitration

Requirements

• Must be local to Los Angeles, San Diego, or San Francisco in Southern California
• 5+ years of litigation experience including defending auto manufacturers
• Proven experience with motion practice, deposition, mediation, and trial/arbitration preparation
• Active membership in the California State Bar; strong academic background required
