Overview
The College of Law at West Virginia University is currently accepting applications for a Remote Part-time Fellow. This is a part-time, non-benefits eligible role.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance to applicants and potential applicants in submitting successful applications and completing demolition projects for the Land Redevelopment Initiative program (LRI).
- Provide technical assistance during implementation of the LRI Program.
- Document findings in EXCEL and other reporting formats.
- Contribute to the preparation of periodic reports describing the Clinic’s activities related to the LRI program.

Qualifications
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of laws, legal codes, and government regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Word and EXCEL
- Proficiency in Google platforms, including Google Docs and Zoom
- Strong ability to multi-task multiple projects
- Ability to write effectively
- Ability to collaborate efficiently with co-investigators of different disciplines
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in a real estate office
