Overview

This role is for an experienced attorney with at least 15 years of practice, specializing in Products Liability or Commercial Litigation. The position involves managing cases with a high degree of autonomy and providing excellent client service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage product liability and toxic tort cases as trial and global coordinating counsel.
  • Defend product manufacturers, suppliers, and resellers across various industries including AI/robotics, automotive and autonomous vehicles, consumer products, food and wine, connected products, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, retail and cosmetics, and technology.
  • Draft briefs, correspondence, and respond to written discovery.
  • Manage document collection, review, and production.
  • Handle causation and/or failure analysis.
  • Participate in multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings.
  • Maintain strong case management and team collaboration.

Requirements

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in Products Liability or Commercial Litigation.
  • Strong case management skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Active membership in the bar of the state of residence and either Washington state or California.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing complex litigation with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Ability to provide creative legal solutions in a dynamic regulatory environment.

Location

This position requires bar membership in the state of residence and either Washington state or California. Salary ranges correspond to office locations within these states.
