Overview
This role is within the Products Liability practice group, defending product manufacturers, suppliers, and resellers in product liability and toxic tort matters as trial and global coordinating counsel. The practice supports cutting-edge industries, including AI/robotics, automotive and autonomous vehicles, consumer products, food and wine, connected products, medical devices, pharmaceutical, retail and cosmetics, and technology.
The position is on a non-partnership track.
Responsibilities
- Manage product liability and toxic tort cases with a high degree of autonomy
- Draft briefs and correspondence
- Respond to written discovery
- Manage document collection, review, and production
- Work on causation and/or failure analysis
- Handle matters involving multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings
- Provide strong client service and maintain effective client communication
- Deliver excellent written and oral communication throughout all phases of litigation
Requirements
- At least 6+ years of experience
- Products Liability or Commercial Litigation (required)
- Strong case management skills and work ethic, with a team-oriented approach
- Excellent client service skills
- Active member of the bar in the state in which you reside, and in Washington state or California
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary range (for all office locations): $225,000

Location
For all office locations, the annual salary range is $225,000.
