Overview

This organization’s Products Liability Practice Group defends product manufacturers, suppliers, and resellers as trial and global coordinating counsel in product liability and toxic tort cases.

The group supports clients across cutting-edge industries, including AI/robotics, automotive and autonomous vehicles, consumer products, food and wine, connected products, medical devices, pharmaceutical, retail and cosmetics, and technology.

Responsibilities

This role involves managing product liability and related commercial litigation matters, including:

  • Managing cases with a high degree of autonomy
  • Drafting briefs and correspondence
  • Responding to written discovery
  • Managing document collection, review, and production
  • Handling causation and/or failure analysis
  • Participating in multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings
  • Providing strong client service throughout case work

Requirements

  • At least 6+ years of experience
  • Products Liability or Commercial Litigation (required)
  • Strong case management skills and a team-oriented approach
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Active member of the bar in the state in which you reside and in Washington state or California
  • Ability to work effectively on high-stakes, complex litigation matters

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation details provided by the employer include:

  • Annual salary range for all office locations: $225,000

This position is for work performed in office locations covered by the employer’s all-office annual salary range: $225,000.
