Overview
The organization is seeking a high-performing attorney for a non-partnership track role within its Products Liability Practice Group. This practice defends product manufacturers, suppliers, and resellers as trial and global coordinating counsel in product liability and toxic tort cases.
Clients include organizations in cutting-edge industries such as AI/robotics, automotive and autonomous vehicles, consumer products, food and wine, connected products, medical devices, pharmaceutical, retail, and cosmetics, as well as technology.
Responsibilities
- Manage cases with a high degree of autonomy.
- Handle work involving product liability and toxic tort matters, including:
- Drafting briefs and correspondence
- Responding to written discovery
- Managing document collection, review, and production
- Addressing causation and/or failure analysis
- Participate in multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings.
- Provide excellent client service.
Requirements
- At least 6+ years of experience.
- Products Liability or Commercial Litigation (required).
- Strong case management skills, work ethic, and a team-oriented attitude.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- An active member of the bar in the state in which you reside and in Washington state or California.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation is subject to applicable law and may include a discretionary bonus, health/welfare benefits (including parental, adoption, and fertility benefits), flexible time off, and paid holidays.
- Annual salary range (for all office locations): $225,000

Location
For positions performed in relevant cities/states, the annual salary range is $225,000. Additional compensation and ranges may vary based on market data and the applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience (including class year), as well as certain degrees, licensing, and certifications.
