Overview
This organization is seeking a high-performing attorney with at least 6+ years of experience for a reduced schedule (1,400 hours), remote, non-partnership track position within its Products Liability Practice Group.
Practice Area: Products Liability
The Products Liability Practice Group defends product manufacturers, suppliers, and resellers as trial and global coordinating counsel in product liability and toxic tort cases. Clients span cutting-edge industries such as AI/robotics, automotive and autonomous vehicles, consumer products, food and wine, connected products, medical devices, pharmaceutical, retail, and cosmetics, and technology.
Responsibilities
- Manage product liability and toxic tort matters with a high degree of autonomy
- Draft briefs and correspondence
- Respond to written discovery
- Manage document collection, review, and production
- Address causation and/or failure analysis
- Handle multidistrict litigation and/or coordinated state proceedings
- Provide excellent client service
Requirements
- Products Liability or Commercial Litigation (required)
- At least 6+ years of relevant experience
- Strong case management skills, work ethic, and team-oriented attitude
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Active member of the bar in the state in which you reside and in a state in which the organization has an office or is eligible to waive into one of those states
- Willing to work on west coast time if not located in the west coast region of the U.S.
- Reduced schedule (1,400 hours) and remote work availability
Compensation & Benefits
- Annual salary: $150,000 (for all locations where this position is posted)
