Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal guidance on Labor and Employment law issues.
• Manage relationships with physicians and Management Services Organizations.
• Ensure compliance with employment regulations and organizational policies.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Labor and Employment law.
• Significant experience in the healthcare sector is preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
