Overview
This role is 100% remote/work-from-home and involves insurance bad faith defense. The employer is seeking an experienced Bad Faith Attorney with a strong background handling insurance bad faith claims. Candidates must be licensed in California or Arizona.
Compensation is commensurate with experience, with a generous performance-based bonus structure.
Responsibilities
- Represent insurers during pre-litigation and litigation phases involving a variety of claims
- Handle insurance bad faith matters primarily or with a concentration in insurance bad faith defense
- Manage complex files independently
- Produce strong legal writing and analytical work to support case strategy
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience handling insurance bad faith claims
- Strong writing and analytical skills with the ability to manage complex files independently
- Active license to practice law in California or Arizona
