This role involves independently leading criminal proceedings related to violations of gambling laws, handling both routine cases and complex large-scale investigations. The position requires conducting investigations under administrative criminal law from initiation to closure, including ordering and directing coercive measures such as searches in close collaboration with the police.
Responsibilities
- Lead criminal procedures autonomously in both German and French.
- Manage criminal investigations from opening to closure, organizing and directing coercive measures.
- Clarify facts efficiently and target evidence collection and analysis, including preparing and conducting hearings.
- Draft and issue precise criminal orders and decisions; contribute to enforcement of final decisions.
- Represent the organization convincingly in proceedings before all judicial instances in German and French.
Requirements
- University degree in law.
- Several years of experience in criminal law with a strong interest in criminal prosecution.
- Ability to quickly understand complex situations, analyze them structurally, and assess them accurately from a legal perspective.
- Excellent writing skills and a solution-oriented approach.
- Ability to work independently with confidence and a strong sense of responsibility, while also functioning well in a team.
- Very good active knowledge of two official languages (German and French).
