Sales Attorney, Criminal Defense

Overview

This role involves meeting with people who have been charged with crimes, explaining the firm’s services and fees in plain language, and onboarding them as clients. No sales experience is required—training is provided, and compensation applies while training.

The attorney will work with individuals across Texas.

Responsibilities

• Run free case reviews by phone and video with people who requested one
• Explain the firm’s services and fees honestly and in plain words
• Sign clients and collect payment
• Follow the firm’s written sales training and track performance numbers every week
• Read every application
• Work from home anywhere in Texas

Requirements

• Licensed in Texas and in good standing

Preferred Qualifications

• Someone people trust quickly, who listens more than they talk
• Comfortable asking a person for a decision
• Organized, on time, and coachable

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed base of at least $100,000 a year, plus a bonus on every sale
