Securities Lawyer

Overview

A legal professional is sought to contribute expertise in training AI models by evaluating and improving AI chatbots' legal reasoning and problem-solving capabilities. This role requires advanced legal knowledge and experience, with a completed or in-progress law degree.

Responsibilities

• Present AI chatbots with diverse and complex legal problems
• Assess the accuracy and quality of AI-generated legal outputs
• Monitor and measure the progress and performance of AI models

Requirements

• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level
• Minimum of 5 years of legal experience
• Law school graduate (completed or in progress)
• Expertise in any of the following legal areas is relevant: corporate law, criminal law, civil litigation, constitutional law, administrative law, environmental law, family law, intellectual property law, tax law, labor and employment law, immigration law, real estate law, health law, entertainment law, human rights law, international law, cybersecurity and privacy law, contract law, securities law, bankruptcy law, alternative dispute resolution
