Overview
This role involves managing complex real estate legal matters, including both litigation and transactional work. The position requires maintaining and expanding an existing book of business in real estate or business law while providing strategic legal advice and independently managing client matters.
Responsibilities
- Handle complex real estate cases involving litigation and transactional issues.
- Maintain and grow an existing client base in real estate or business law.
- Provide strategic legal counsel to clients.
- Manage legal matters independently.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient case and client management.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in Arizona.
- At least five years of relevant experience in real estate law.
- Existing book of business in business law, real estate litigation, or transactional law (excluding trust and estates).
- Demonstrated ability to manage clients and legal matters independently.
