Overview
An established law firm is seeking a Senior Associate with over 10 years of legal experience, including at least 4 years in a law firm environment. The role requires expertise in data privacy, AI law, commercial agreements, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). The candidate will also provide leadership and mentorship to junior attorneys and contribute to the growth of the firm.
Responsibilities
- Handle complex commercial agreements and M&A transactions
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior attorneys

Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of legal experience
- At least 4 years of experience working in a law firm
- Proven ability to manage complex commercial agreements and M&A deals
- Deep knowledge of data privacy laws and emerging AI regulations
- Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills
- Strong track record of longevity in previous roles
