Senior Conflicts Analyst -Fully Remote - United States

Overview

This role supports the risk management team by conducting accurate and timely conflicts searches for new business intake requests submitted by the firm’s legal assistants and attorneys. The position may be fully remote.

The employer is seeking candidates who are located in the Eastern, Central, or Mountain time zones.

Responsibilities

• Conduct conflicts searches to identify potential compliance and conflict issues related to:
  • New business inquiries
  • Lateral candidate diligence
  • Business development opportunities
• Perform due diligence on names submitted for searching.
• Review and complete conflicts searches in response to new business intake requests.
• Collaborate with working attorney teams, conflicts attorneys, and intake staff to ensure timely completion of intake requests.
• Coordinate and report activity to support the Director of New Business Intake and Conflicts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and/or paralegal certificate required.
• Prior experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, or conflicts/new business intake.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while participating in a collaborative team.
• Willing to work overtime and eligible for overtime pay.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with 3E and Intapp Conflicts and Intake.
• Strong track record of communication skills and commitment to high-quality client service.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, prioritization skills, and the ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range (based on full-time schedule): $33.65 - $43.25 hourly / $70,000 - $90,000 annually
• Actual compensation may vary based on qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data.
• Eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
