This role is for a Senior Corporate Counsel serving as a primary legal advisor within a corporate healthcare system. The position involves providing high-level legal strategy, significant decision-making authority, and mentorship of the legal team.

Pay Scale: $211,682.00 - $258,149.00
Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal counsel on complex healthcare regulations, transactions, and governance matters.
- Collaborate with the legal team and the organization's management and executive leadership.
- Manage attorneys, paralegals, and other staff or serve as a subject matter expert in specific legal specialties.
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Application for a Washington state license to practice law, with license to practice in any state pending Washington license.
- Minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in a health system corporate legal department or law firm, with significant involvement in healthcare transactions, joint ventures, affiliations, mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, and governance matters.
- Additional experience in a combination of regulatory, compliance, risk management, insurance, employment, and contractual issues.
