Overview
A fast-growing healthcare technology organization is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to provide strategic legal advice and transactional support across multiple healthcare brands. This role involves advising commercial teams on enterprise-level agreements, interpreting legal and regulatory developments, and contributing to product strategy and internal policies.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert legal counsel to various healthcare brands within the organization
- Develop and contribute to internal governance policies considering external regulatory factors
- Evaluate company decisions to align with business strategy while managing risks
- Advise on legal matters in a rapidly evolving healthcare regulatory environment
- Anticipate legal issues and present proactive solutions
- Collaborate with external counsel, clients, and regulatory advisors on legal matters
- Analyze complex legal and business issues
- Monitor regulatory changes and inform Executive Leadership of potential impacts
Requirements
- Juris Doctorate degree and active law license in good standing in at least one U.S. state
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in healthcare, data privacy, transactional law, with pharmacy or PBM experience considered a strong plus
- Deep understanding of legal issues affecting healthcare technology entities
- Ability to develop legal policies aligned with business goals
- Strong problem-solving and consultative skills to support internal clients and advise leadership
- Detail-oriented with experience reviewing complex contracts and drafting clear, concise language
- Versatility in handling a wide range of contracts, from complex SaaS agreements to smaller vendor contracts
- Familiarity with technology license agreements and AI regulations is a plus

Working Conditions
- Fully remote position within the United States
- Approximately 5% travel for team meetings, customer visits, and industry events

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $170,000 - $200,000
