- Role: Senior Corporate Lawyer (Remote)

This contract position involves supporting complex mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions for a global leader in the technology sector. The role focuses on compliance, financial documentation, and data privacy to ensure smooth deal execution and secure handling of sensitive information. Collaboration with attorneys and deal teams is essential to review, organize, and manage sensitive corporate and financial documents.
Responsibilities
- Support attorneys and deal teams throughout all stages of M&A transactions, including due diligence, document preparation, and post-closing activities
- Review, organize, and manage sensitive corporate and financial documents, ensuring compliance with personally identifiable information (PII) regulations
- Oversee secure handling, redaction, and transfer of PII and other confidential data during deal processes
- Assist in drafting, filing, and maintaining compliance documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks
Requirements
- Strong understanding of M&A transactions, including due diligence, document preparation, and post-closing activities
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in reviewing and managing sensitive corporate and financial documents, with experience in PII regulations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
- Experience with document management systems and software, including Microsoft Office and related tools
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly rate between $40 and $70
