Overview
This role involves providing in-house legal counsel focused on healthcare regulatory, corporate, employment, and commercial matters. The position supports the organization in managing legal risks and ensuring compliance with federal and state laws.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on healthcare regulations, corporate governance, employment law, and commercial transactions
- Review and negotiate contracts
- Conduct internal investigations related to compliance and legal issues
- Monitor compliance programs and perform audits
- Coordinate with outside counsel on complex legal matters
