Senior Family Law Attorney

Overview

A law firm is seeking a Senior Family Law Attorney with 6-10 years of experience to manage high-asset divorce and family law cases.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, high-net-worth divorce and family law cases from start to finish.
• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, mediations, and settlement conferences.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents.
• Provide strategic legal counsel and maintain strong client relationships throughout cases.
• Attend scheduled court appearances, occasional in-person client meetings, and monthly all-staff meetings.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active and in good standing with the California Bar.
• 6-10 years of experience practicing family law in California.
• Strong skills in litigation, legal writing, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy.
• Excellent communication, client management, and case-handling abilities.
