Overview
This role involves managing the full lifecycle of immigration petitions for high-skilled visa categories such as O-1A, EB-1A, EB-2/3, PERM, H-1B, TN, J-1, L-1, and E-2. The position includes providing strategic consultation to clients on viable immigration pathways and long-term residency options, driving case strategy and operational efficiency, and working with exceptional individuals at the top of their industries.
Responsibilities
- Manage immigration petitions across various high-skilled visa categories.
- Provide strategic advice to clients regarding immigration options and residency.
- Take full ownership of case processes within a dynamic, early-stage environment.
- Collaborate with world-class talent managing complex immigration cases.
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience in immigration law, specifically handling Founder O-1/EB-1 and PERM cases.
- Experience with founder immigration and/or background in AmLaw 100/200 firms preferred.
- Remote work; Arizona Bar admission preferred or willingness to obtain admission.
- Commitment to improving the immigration industry.
- Gritty, eager to learn, and ready to build a world-class operation from the ground up.
- Ability to work approximately 60 hours per week; no billable-hour requirements or time tracking, but high-quality work completion expected.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary ranging from $150,000 to $250,000 plus equity.
