Overview
This role provides long-term, temporary legal support to a healthcare organization’s legal department.
The organization is seeking an In-House Senior Contracts Paralegal to assist with sourcing, negotiating, and executing key commercial agreements. The ideal candidate has 6+ years of paralegal experience with a strong emphasis on contracts, litigation, and compliance matters, including experience drafting, redlining, and negotiating contracts such as LOIs, MSAs, SOWs, and NDAs. Prior experience working within a legal department is required.
Responsibilities
- Source, negotiate, and help execute key commercial agreements
- Draft, redline, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including LOIs, MSAs, SOWs, and NDAs
- Support contract lifecycle management and/or contract workflow automation (including maintaining relevant systems/tools)
- Track deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and follow structured processes in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Provide support related to litigation management (a plus)
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a paralegal role, with particular emphasis on contracts and transactions
- Familiarity with helping to create police management systems
- Prior experience maintaining contract lifecycle management or automation software
- Demonstrated ability to track deadlines, manage multiple tasks, and follow structured processes in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Experience working on litigation management is a plus, but not required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent paralegal certification/training is preferred
- Outstanding professional references

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $40 to $50 per hour (annualized approximately $80,000 to $100,000 on a full-time basis)
- Benefits: W2 employees of the staffing organization are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week
