Sr. Consumer Litigation Counsel (Remote)

Overview

A legal team is seeking a Consumer Litigation Counsel to manage a high volume of single plaintiff consumer litigation cases. This fully remote role involves collaborating with senior attorneys on complex matters, engaging directly with opposing counsel and clients, and shaping case strategies. Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of single plaintiff consumer litigation cases
• Draft motions and pleadings
• Negotiate settlements and handle court appearances
• Prepare cases for trial
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategies
• Maintain significant client contact

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of general litigation experience, preferably including single plaintiff cases
• Experience with Fair Credit Reporting Act litigation or other consumer litigation
• Background from top law firms or a combination of law firm and in-house experience
• Strong work ethic with the ability to drive cases to resolution
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
