Overview
A healthcare organization serving South Florida is seeking a Senior Corporate Attorney to provide legal support within a complex healthcare system. This role involves drafting, negotiating, and structuring various agreements such as technology, equipment vendor, services, clinical trial, and pharmacy arrangements. The attorney will ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations, with a strong emphasis on HIPAA and healthcare privacy requirements.
Responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate, and structure agreements related to technology, equipment vendors, services, clinical trials, and pharmacy arrangements
- Ensure compliance with healthcare laws and regulations, including HIPAA and privacy requirements
- Provide practical, solutions-oriented legal support to the healthcare system
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Florida Bar in good standing
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant legal experience
- Healthcare legal experience is strongly preferred
Compensation
- Estimated salary range: $159,575.01 to $207,447.51 per year, depending on experience
