A nationally recognized leader in employment law is seeking a seasoned Labor & Employment Special Counsel to join its elite employment group. This fully remote role supports sophisticated employer-side clients across California.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-caliber employment litigation services to employer clients
• Manage complex labor and employment matters with a focus on litigation excellence
• Collaborate with a team known for strong client relationships and industry influence

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of employment litigation experience
• Must reside in California and be actively barred to practice law in California

Compensation & Benefits

• Flexible billable hour requirements: choose between 1,500 to 1,750 hours annually
• Base salary ranging from $200,000 to $240,000 depending on experience, plus bonus
