Overview

A full-time, remote position is available for a California-based Attorney with over 5 years of litigation experience. The role focuses on managing complex civil cases involving damages up to $500,000.

Responsibilities

• Draft motions and conduct legal research
• Manage all phases of litigation
• Lead settlement negotiations
• Support trial preparation
• Develop legal strategies
• Utilize advanced e-discovery tools
• Advise clients and claims teams

Requirements

• JD or LLB from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the California Bar
• Proven success managing moderate to heavy litigation caseloads, preferably in insurance law
• Strong skills in legal research, writing, negotiation, and leadership
• Experience mentoring junior staff
• Proficiency with legal technology
