Overview

This role is a 6-month remote technology transactions attorney contract engagement with the potential to extend to 12 months. The position supports high-volume transactional work involving technology, software, cloud, and enterprise licensing agreements.

Responsibilities

  • Draft and negotiate complex technology transactions, including software licensing, cloud services, and enterprise commercial agreements
  • Support high-volume transactional work across multiple geographies and customer segments

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience drafting and negotiating complex technology, software, cloud, and enterprise licensing agreements
  • Experience with technology transactions, software licensing, cloud services, and enterprise commercial agreements
  • Ability to support high-volume transactional work across multiple geographies and customer segments
  • Active law license in good standing in the state of residence
  • Outstanding references

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in the corporate practice group of a large or sophisticated boutique law firm, or in the corporate legal department of a major corporation
  • Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, particularly for supporting customers in Latin America

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $170,000 to $200,000 on an annualized basis
  • Contract pay rate is based on multiple factors including work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference
