Overview

A national law firm with offices in all 50 states is seeking Torts and Products Liability Litigation Attorneys for its Minneapolis office. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience and are encouraged to apply regardless of specific background.

Experience in Tort, General Liability, Products Liability, and Asbestos litigation is required. Ideal candidates will be team-oriented, possess excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills, have strong academic credentials, proven research abilities, and be self-starters capable of handling assignments with minimal supervision. Trial experience is preferred but not mandatory.

Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in the State of Minnesota.

Responsibilities

  • Handle litigation matters in Torts and Products Liability
  • Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
  • Collaborate with team members on case strategy and client communication
  • Manage assignments independently with minimal supervision

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant litigation experience
  • Admission to the Minnesota State Bar
  • Strong litigation, writing, and oral advocacy skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Self-motivated with strong research capabilities

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary ranging from $100,000 to $275,000 annually, depending on experience and role level

Salary ranges by role level:

  • Associates (approximately 1-6+ years): $100,000–$165,000
  • Senior Counsel/Of Counsel (approximately 5+ years): $140,000–$215,000
  • Partners (approximately 7+ years): $190,000–$275,000+

Actual compensation is individualized based on experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
