A legal team is seeking a Trial Attorney with over 5 years of experience specializing in Personal Injury and Insurance Defense litigation to manage complex, high-stakes cases.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a full caseload with support from partners.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Conduct and defend depositions; appear in court for hearings and motions.
• Collaborate closely with clients and insurance carriers to develop case strategies.
• Lead cases to trial, serving as first-chair trial attorney.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of litigation experience in Personal Injury and Insurance Defense.
• Proven first-chair trial experience.
• Strong skills in case management and litigation strategy.
• Extensive experience with depositions, motion practice, and courtroom proceedings.
• Excellent writing, communication, and strategic thinking abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-oriented environment.
